Time Out and Time Off for Time In!

It’s almost March and I already feel swept away by the pace and intensity of 2020! Pause! Wait! Stop! Be Still, Quiet, Breathe…inhaling slowly, deeply, hold; exhaling fully with a sigh. And again, consciously inhaling and exhaling, until you feel ease, flow and joy again!

OK now:

  • When is the last time you were near the ocean or at the beach, with your toes in the sand?
  • Have you walked through a nearby forest or park, sat under a tree or put your arms around its trunk?
  • Can you remember standing barefoot on Mother Earth, feeling her support and strength?
