Salons are bodymindspirit classes, workshops, retreats and group experiences that incorporate holistic health practices, expressive arts and sacred ritual to help you cultivate and sustain optimum bodymindspirit wellness. Salons are open to women and men.

The TWR theme for 2009 is Health and Wealth. The Salons provide tools and resources through an experiential hands-on format designed for you to explore, unfold, discover, heal and transform from the inside out. Full participation in the salons of your choice enables you to release stress, restore focus and balance, have more fun in your life, and become your fullest expression of health and well-being.

TWR offers quarterly salons for large groups and monthly or weekly accountability/support/ coaching services for individuals and small groups.  This format enables you to experience the fundamentals of a health and wellness theme, and then explore it more deeply over time to create an attitude shift, instill a change in habits or incorporate new practices, to sustain long-lasting benefits.

Salons are facilitated by The Wright Resort Founding Director, co-facilitated with a co-sponsoring partner or presented by an associating holistic practitioner. They may take place as a solo experience or a series and include face-to-face and tele-class formats for individuals and groups. All salons take place at sites throughout the greater Bay Area on Saturdays or Sundays.

The Wright Resort is organizing a spectacular Spa Tour
designed to provide total relaxation and rejuvenation for body, mind and spirit.
On Sunday, November 9, 2008 , join us at Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary in Freestone,
between Bodega Bay and Sebastopol . The tour will include two spa treatments of your choice
between 10am and 2 pm and lunch, with a return trip along the coast. Space is limited.

The Spa Tour fee is $250.00/person,
which includes your two spa treatments, lunch and van transportation.
A 50% deposit is required by August 15, 2008 to reserve your space.
The full balance of $125.00 is due by November 5, 2008 .
Beginning November 6, the full balance due is $150 by credit card or cash only.
